Reach & Read: The Sea is My Brother

The Sea is My Brother (the lost novel) – Jack Kerouac

Sea is my brother
Sea is my brother

Another audiobook (I spent a lot of time by the pool a while back ok….)  I actually don’t think I’m appreciating this like I should-need a few other Kerouac books (on the docket). In this 1st novel you can hear potential yet unrefinement. Quick & focused, not my fave but can relate to the need of characters to escape daily grind. They drink a fair bit of spirits, so in honor of this & rise of craft distilleries – taken from still too soon but promise of Christmas Tree water lingers
